Deliverability is a discipline — we build it in your name.

Shadow domains, warmed inbox fleets, DNS done right, and reputation monitored around the clock. Up to a million messages a month, sending from infrastructure registered to you — never rented from us.

Deliverability is not a setting you toggle. It is a reputation you build, byte by byte, across DNS records, warm-up curves, volume ramps, and list hygiene. Get it wrong and every message you send afterward pays the tax, including the ones from your CEO's personal inbox.

We build sending infrastructure the way engineers build production systems. Shadow domains isolate your primary domain completely. Inbox fleets warm on human patterns for weeks before a single prospect email. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured, monitored, and alarmed. Partners scale past a million messages a month this way, holding 98%+ reputation, on domains registered to them, not to us.

Built to specification

SPEC 01

Shadow domain architecture

Separate sending domains protect your primary domain's reputation completely.

SPEC 02

Warmed inbox fleets

Dozens of inboxes brought to full sending health before a single prospect email goes out.

SPEC 03

Authentication done right

SPF, DKIM, DMARC configured and monitored — reputation tracked daily at 98%+ targets.

SPEC 04

Volume with discipline

Ramp schedules, rotation, and list hygiene that sustain scale without burning the asset.

Never your primary domain: the isolation model

A deliverability hit on company.com takes your invoices, support replies, and internal mail down with it. Cold outbound never touches it. It runs on a fleet of dedicated lookalike domains that redirect to your real site.

Primary · company.com

Untouched, always

  • Internal and transactional only — employee mail, invoices, support.
  • Zero cold volume — the reputation your business runs on is never gambled.
Secondary fleet · trycompany.com, getcompany.com

Where outbound lives

  • Lookalike domains — 301-redirected to your primary site, so curious prospects land in the right place.
  • 2 to 3 mailboxes per domain — small blast radius if any one domain gets flagged.
  • Spread across providers — Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mixed, so no single blocklist takes the fleet down.

Authentication, fully hardened

Filters drop mail from domains with missing or misconfigured authentication before a human ever sees it. Every domain in the fleet carries the full stack, verified and monitored.

SPF

Who's allowed to send

  • A DNS record naming exactly which servers can send as your domain.
  • Under the 10-lookup limit, so verification never silently breaks.
DKIM

Proof it wasn't tampered with

  • A cryptographic signature on every message, verified against your public key.
  • 2048-bit keys for maximum strength.
DMARC

What to do on failure

  • Tells receivers how to treat mail that fails SPF or DKIM.
  • p=none → quarantine → reject, elevated as trust builds, to block spoofing.
Custom tracking domain

Your reputation, not a shared one

  • Open and click links run through your own CNAME, not a platform-shared tracker.
  • Another sender's spam can't drag your placement down.

Warming: reputation is earned, never rushed

A brand-new inbox has zero reputation. Blast hundreds of emails on day one and it's burned inside 48 hours. Every mailbox climbs a 30-day ramp before it carries real volume.

Day 1Cap 30–40/day
1–14

Pure warmup

Mailboxes join a peer-to-peer warming network. Bots exchange mail, rescue it from spam, mark it important, and thread replies. Zero cold outreach.

15–30

Gradual ramp

Cold outreach starts at 5 to 10 a day, climbing 3 to 5 per day, with warmup still running underneath.

30+

Steady state

Capped at 30 to 40 cold emails per mailbox per day, with background warmup held at a 20 to 30% ratio to keep engagement healthy.

Scale is arithmetic, not optimism

Volume comes from more inboxes, never from pushing any inbox harder. The math tells us exactly how many the target needs.

Inboxes needed = Monthly target volumework days × safe daily cap × (1 − warmup ratio)
30kMonthly target

The volume this worked example is sizing infrastructure for.

47Inboxes

30,000 ÷ (20 days × 40 cap × 0.80) rounds up to 47 mailboxes.

19Domains

At 2.5 inboxes per domain, 47 mailboxes means 19 domains running in parallel.

Randomized spacing

4 to 8 minutes between sends.

No machine-gun cadence that screams automation.

Local business hours

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, their timezone.

Mail lands when a person is actually at their desk.

Inbox rotation

Steps spread across the whole fleet.

No single mailbox ever shows an erratic volume spike.

Health monitored live, failover automatic

Deliverability drifts. One bad list or a complaint spike can degrade an inbox. The system watches every mailbox continuously and pulls the trigger before a problem spreads.

< 2%Hard bounce rate

Above 3% signals validation failures and invites carrier throttling.

< 0.1%Spam complaints

Fewer than one complaint per thousand sent, tracked continuously.

> 90%Inbox placement

Weekly seed-list tests confirm primary-inbox landing, not spam or promotions.

The circuit breaker

When a mailbox breaches a threshold, cold sending pauses automatically, pending tasks reroute to pre-warmed backup inboxes, and the affected domain drops into 100% warmup recovery for 14 days. If it doesn't normalize, it's retired and replaced without a campaign ever stalling.

How many emails can we send?

Partners scale to 1M+ messages per month. Volume ramps with reputation, never ahead of it.

Who owns the domains and inboxes?

You do — registered under your accounts from day one, transferable to your team whenever you choose.

We only win when you close.

Zero management fees. Wholesale infrastructure. A commission of up to 10% that only exists when your deals do. One two-minute conversation tells you if the math works.
